The files would likely need some work to their names. since ST3 wants to see a naming convention for each wav file as to it's key. I have not personally done this so can't speak from real experience. What I don't see mentioned, nor know about is building an instrument with velocity layered samples. this is something that Kontakt excells at doing. I don't think ST3 can do that, but I have been wrong before. I do mourn the fact the ESC 3.6 has never gone to version 4.0. serious health problems with its developer as I understand it. IMHO ESC still is one of the most valuable programs you can have on hand.
